Action, in Fulfilling His Kingdom Work in Our Lives,
in Our Church, in Our Neighborhood and in the
World. (Acts 1:8)

Ministry Plan

One World One Church – Foster interdenominational cooperation to support
God’s Kingdom Work wherever possible in our community. (1 Cor. 12:12-14)
Be a 50/50 Church – Share equally our time, talents and resources inside and
outside of the Church to utilize God’s abundant gifts in our lives to maximize His
Eternal Rate of Return (ERR). (James 1:27)

Empowerment Through Service – Promote the knowledge that storing up our
treasures in heaven comes from a thorough understanding that it is not what the
Church can do for us, but what we can do for the Church and the greater Kingdom
of God that has eternal significance. (Matt. 6:19-21, Mark 10:21)

Emphasize Impact Over Size – It isn’t the size of our congregation but rather
the impact we make that defines our success as a member of the Body of Christ.
(James 5:16, 1 Cor. 12:27-31)

No Member Left Behind – Involve every member of our congregation in utilizing
their unique gifts at whatever level they feel called in the service of our Church in
God’s greater plan. (1 Cor. 12:4-11, Romans 12:4-6)
